Materials (fabrics & trims) are the primary input in the production process. In order to meet the stringent quality requirements of our customers, every meter of even the raw fabric is inspected before processing.

After dyeing / printing, the fabric will again be re-inspected meter by meter by controllers within the fabric department. If the physical inspection is found satisfactory, then the fabric cuts will be sent to the in-house laboratory for testing as well as to the account representative for approval.

Finally after the lab report and lots are found to be conforming, the fabric specialist from the quality department will conduct an AQL inspection. Only after this final hurdle, will the fabric be moved from the checking area to storage.

A similar process is followed for trims, with a 4 step inspection before items are approved for production.
